How me and Archie accidentally started a million-dollar company
Okay so basically I'm 16 and I have four pets — Archie (Golden Retriever, literally the best dog ever), Rocco (Corgi who thinks he runs the house), Des (Siamese cat with an attitude), and Pete (Bombay cat who's chill af). I started posting videos of them on YouTube just for fun (channel is Pawfectly Whiskered, go subscribe rn).
But then I noticed something. Like, all the pet products out there? Kinda trash. Generic squeaky toys that break in 2 days. "Smart" collars that don't even work properly. Subscription boxes with random stuff nobody asked for. And I was like... bro I could literally do this better 💀
So I started Whisker Works. At first my parents thought I was crazy (they still kinda do lol). But we're already doing really well and building products that actually make sense. From GPS collars that don't suck to starter kits for new pet owners to monthly boxes that Archie personally taste-tests. We're doing this different. No corporate BS, no boring marketing — just real products for real pet parents.
Making pet products that don't suck. Using actual good tech, not gimmicks. Listening to what dog moms and cat dads ACTUALLY want instead of what some corporate boardroom thinks we need. And having fun while doing it because life's too short to be boring 🐾
Real talk? I want to build a billion-dollar company. Pet hotels, retail stores, franchises, the whole thing. But like... done RIGHT. With personality. With humor. The way Gen Z would do it. Not the way some 50-year-old exec in a suit would. We're going to the moon fr fr 🚀
We don't follow trends, we SET them. Everything we make has to be innovative and actually useful. If Archie wouldn't use it, we're not making it.
Every single decision starts with: "Would Archie/Rocco/Des/Pete actually like this?" If the answer is no, we're not doing it. Period.
I'm not selling cheap garbage. Everything we make is built to last. Premium materials, good design, stuff that actually works. No compromises.
We're gonna help shelter pets and rescue organizations. Making money is cool but helping animals who need it? That's the real goal right there.
I'm 16 so I got TIME. This isn't a quick cash grab. I literally have a 30-year plan. We're building something that lasts.
Vote on what we build. Tell us what you want. This isn't just MY company — it's OUR community. We're building this together fr.
16-Year-Old Founder & CEO (Archie is Co-CEO but don't tell him)
Yo! I'm Lincoln. I'm 16, I'm obsessed with my pets, and somehow I convinced people to let me start a company. Started posting Archie videos on YouTube (Pawfectly Whiskered), realized the pet industry was kinda mid, and decided to fix it myself. My parents think I'm crazy but we're doing really well 😎 Now I'm building Whisker Works into the biggest pet tech company ever. Wish me luck lol
Most pet brands just want to sell you stuff. We're building a whole ecosystem. YouTube content, smart tech, subscription boxes, eventually pet hotels and retail stores. This is BIGGER than just products. We're thinking decades ahead (literally have a plan to 2052).
Through our voting system, YOU decide what we build next. Not some boardroom full of suits. Real pet parents like you. That's democracy baby 🗳️
No fake "revolutionary AI-powered" BS. No corporate buzzwords. Just real talk about real products. If something doesn't work, I'll tell you. If something's expensive, I'll explain why. Transparency hits different when you're not trying to scam anyone 💯
We're just getting started and it's already wild. Join the waitlist and be part of something actually cool.
